Nice, I always wondered why Apache's blogs look so "blah", I guess I will never know. But speaking of the new logo -- did anybody notice that Flex was specifically called out in the press-release as "best in class software project"? https://blogs.apache.org/foundation/entry/the_apache_software_foundation_announces86 On Wed, Jan 27, 2016 at 9:28 AM, Christofer Dutz wrote: > Hi, > > as it's now official ... how about changing the Logo on our website? > I would do it, but I guess there are enough people here that actually know > how to do it ;-) > > Chris >
Re: Updating the Website with the new ASF logo?
It's on my list. I've been doing a skunk-works project to redesign the website the the last month or so. It will also involve getting our full suite of docs online and better integrating the FlexJS as a top-tier product into it. I'm hoping (with infa's help) to have a real CMS (based on Mura) so all the project contributors can update content easier (and without worrying of screwing up the site because of an errant tab or something simple). Timeline for a preview is in a few weeks (I'm hoping by Feb 15th), but I'll let you know as we get closer. -Nick On Wed, Jan 27, 2016 at 9:28 AM, Christofer Dutz wrote: > Hi, > > as it's now official ... how about changing the Logo on our website? > I would do it, but I guess there are enough people here that actually know > how to do it ;-) > > Chris >
Updating the Website with the new ASF logo?
Hi, as it's now official ... how about changing the Logo on our website? I would do it, but I guess there are enough people here that actually know how to do it ;-) Chris
