`ant rat` generates one locally. It contains quite a few false alarms,
but I have only used it for manual checking. It's not published
anywhere.

The OFBiz graduation was about a decade ago, I doubt the meta data for
older podlings like is kept up to date. A lot has changed at the ASF since
then, many of the tools around now didn't exist either.

Just to be 100% clear, I was kidding with OFBiz having IP issues...

Anyway, guys, where do I edit those fields on Whimsy? I don't have
proper rights? Or is there some structured file in some repo
somewhere? Am I blind?

Meanwhile, I have checked 3 *recently* successfully graduated
projects:
https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/ppmc/trafodion - Red, like us, still alive!
https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/ppmc/impala - Not red
https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/ppmc/juneau - Not red

I thought maybe, just maybe, the secret is in the DOAP file, but nor
Impala nor Juneau have a DOAP file (which is interesting). And the
project status file (like
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/content/projects/freemarker.xml)
is unstructured.
