It is not only you. When I looked, it appeared that the variable for the release notes file is hardcoded in the plugin Jelly. I think it needs to be changed to read that from a value passed when the plugin is invoked, which can then be read from etc/project.properties. Someone had a tip on how they thought this could be done. In the mean time, if you want to use the installer, you can hardcode the value in the XML file in src/izpack instead of using the variable at all...
