[GitHub] incubator-guacamole-client pull request #106: GUACAMOLE-163: Remove DEFAULT ...
GitHub user mike-jumper opened a pull request: https://github.com/apache/incubator-guacamole-client/pull/106 GUACAMOLE-163: Remove DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP from password_date. Specifying `DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP` for a `DATETIME` column is not supported for MySQL 5.5 and older, breaking compatibility. This change removes `DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP` entirely, as it's there purely for convenience. The database auth extension itself always specifies a non-`NULL` value when setting the password. You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running: $ git pull https://github.com/mike-jumper/incubator-guacamole-client remove-default-date Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at: https://github.com/apache/incubator-guacamole-client/pull/106.patch To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch with (at least) the following in the commit message: This closes #106 commit b69599e822d3204ba7649cdeb1b71b00cca2b37d Author: Michael Jumper Date: 2017-01-22T19:58:41Z GUACAMOLE-163: Remove DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP from guacamole_user's password_date column (compatibility with MySQL 5.5 and older). --- If your project is set up for it, you can reply to this email and have your reply appear on GitHub as well.
