I'm just curious if there is anything that only jira project lead can do that project administrators can't do. Obviously if that is anything that helps us work better I am very interested in knowing more. I realized today that I could update the user that JIRA considers project lead, so I updated that role on our JIRA project to our current Chair, Duo Zhang. (The previous setting was Michael Stack.)
