Description:
webhcat should set the additional property - "tez.credentials.path" to the same
value as the MapReduce property.
WebHCat should always proactively set this tez.credentials.path property to the
same value and in the same cases where it is setting the MR equivalent property.
NO PRECOMMIT TESTS
HIVE-6780 made the change in HiveDelegator.
The same needs to be done in PigDelegator when Pig (0.13?) adds support for Tez.
