Hi, BalancerGrowth directive in fact does nothing...
Looking to balancer_process_balancer_worker() it looks easy to add the missing code to have a form to create it. There are missing pieces, a nonce at the conf level (does it make sense to add it?) and a gmutex for each of the "possible" balancer (to create in balancer_post_config() and init balancer_child_init()) does it worth trying it?
