Igniters monitor user list. And why should we hide answers to this issue
from other users?
The dev. list related to contribution-related questions. For example, if
someone has PR fixing issue in the product. So he or she will use dev.
list.
In this example case too deep technical question about how to make a
contribution as perfect as possible is not interesting for users.

The issue is code and likely ignites ability to map. Net decimal to java big
decimal. I really don't think the user group is the place to ask, really?
