I succeeded in getting the QoS values for a web service after getting the service details by using a KeyedReference class. I think its better to compare this values in Client as Kurt Mentioned. because for some QoS like Cost of service we want to have services with less cost and at the same time if user want QoS like Availability which is obvious they want more availability. So how this find Qualifiers will work on this QoS properties? I am confused about this.
