The intend is to support (have an example) of how to register a new version of 
an existing service. Both versions should be able to live in the registry, but 
there needs to be relationship between the two. The article referenced outlines 
"Best practices for Web services versioning". So this is for services user's 
register in jUDDI.

What is the intended use case for this feature? Version the UDDI services that
