 find_endpoints, as defined in my thesis, basically outlines the fact that for 
 most use cases, finding the execution url of a service registered in UDDI can 
 take quite a bit of code (see  AccessPoint@useType). Find_endpoints resolves 
 all of those funky use cases into a simple easy to use interface
