Description: When an address is written textually, the zone index is 
appended to the address, separated by a percent sign (%). The actual syntax of 
zone indices depends on the operating system.  (was: IPV6 addresses could have 
the % character.

Example: Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . :

Then, the broker would throw the IllegalStateException(s"connectionId has
