Hi again,

I need to update some info regarding next l10n TCM testing.

Here is updated info:
Target platform: Linux and Windows (no Solaris builds this time)
The binary location:
http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/cws/upload/localization05/

-- Here is updated announcement -

We plan to do l10n QA with TCM against latest l10n builds
from Feb 2nd for 2 weeks.
The builds will be from the CWS localization05 which is on the SRC680
codeline.
This means that builds will not be normal milstone builds
but they will have newly added translations (both UI and OLH) for 2.0.2
release.
So the purpose of this QA will be for finding l10n problems not
for giving Go/NoGo.
The languages which will be abailable :
'de', 'fr', 'it', 'es', 'sv', 'pt_BR', 'nl', 'hu', 'ru', pl,'zh_CN',
'zh_TW', 'ko', and 'ja'

The platforms :
Windows and Linux

Vladimir Glazounov will place the builds at:
http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/cws/upload/localization05/

Please start to coordinate testers in each native language community
to start QA from Feb/2nd. We will announce target binaries when
they will be ready.

--- END -

Thanks,
Naoyuki

TCM target Project/Build is OpenOffice.org/2.0.2 alpha.
(It's not official name but just identifier in only TCM)

Rafaella,

Thanks for forwarding this. Why is en-GB not included amongst the
languages? GSIs and all information was submitted in time as requested. I
trust this is a simple omission.

Thanks
David.

[l10n-dev] Problem in officecfg

2006-01-23 Thread Jorge Rivas

After merging my sdf file (galician) , there are many untraslated strings
in officecfg , i have checked the sdf file ( i am compiling whith 2.0.1
sources, the same sdf works fine in m140), and i dont see any
differences between translated and untraslated strings. The file affected
is GenericCommands.xcu. gsicheck and localize give no errors, simply
ignores some lines...
Any hint??
Best regards
Jorge Rivas

update your GSI to 2.0.1 based POT files. There were *incompatible* changes
just around m140.
