Just to know, do I have to leave them as they are (fuzzy, untranslated) or there
is a specific state for these strings?

I don't know if you have to leave them as fuzzy. Previously, in other
versions, the string {ENTER ALTERNATE DESCRIPTION HERE} was Icon, so
I've left the string Icon translated in French for all of them.
