The process is clear enough and very nice. Maybe it would help to 
announce the availability of new builds in 
ftp://qa-upload.services.openoffice.org/l10n/download/ through some RSS 
feed. It would be convenient, but of course it's rather unimportant.

[l10n-dev] Resignation from French NL Project Lead

Hi all,

You know that I support The Document Foundation and LibreOffice since
the start of this new project. You know why.

Before to quit OpenOffice.org, I had one last task to accomplish: QA
test and release of French localized version of OOo 3.3.0, as promised
to French speaking Community. Now it's done.

So here is my resignation from the Lead of French speaking Native-Lang
Project. It take effect immediately.

Louis: I have transfered ownership of all FR mailing-lists to you.
Please remove my commit rights for http://fr.openoffice.org

I haven't been able to test the Norwegian RC's at all. The TCM tests seems
to be unavailable at this point, any suggestions?
  
the TCM test cases are available. However, as this is a RC10 Build which 
is based on stable binaries - same as the en-US released ones -, my 
recommandation is - depending on the time you can send on approving the 
builds:


Option 1) in case you have very, very little time:
- go ahead and approve the builds in qatrack and submit the distribution 
request (via issue) if you see that the builds/language packs can be 
installed


Opetion 2) if you have more time to dedicate to it:
- run the Release Test Scenario
- approve the builds in qatracktool
- submit the issue to have the builds/language packs distributed 
(example: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=116768)
