Re: [l10n-dev] Translation of the new Thank YOU page
the new Thank YOU page http://update.services.openoffice.org/ooo/index.html is now online and ready to be translated - for all the ones who would like to see it in their language. The *Thank YOU page* is displayed by the the OpenOffice.org update notifications. When an OpenOffice.org user gets notified that there is a new version available, during the product download, the browser opens and displays the Thank YOU page. I've created a wiki page with a few instructions on how to proceed to translate this page at: http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Translation_for_ThankYou_Page Indonesian Translations: http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=112369 -- Willy Sudiarto Raharjo Registered Linux User : 336579 Web : http://www.informatix.or.id/willy Blog : http://willysr.blogspot.com http://slackblogs.blogspot.com - To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@l10n.openoffice.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@l10n.openoffice.org

Re: [l10n-dev] How to translate
To start translation project, you may need to start the Indonesian Native Language project first and call people to participate. Then you guys can discuss which tool will you use for OO.o localization. Actually, my team has started to translate OOo into Indonesian language and it's still active The current status can be seen here: http://ooo-id.sf.net/status.html We already completed around 60% of the total translations most of the unfinished are helpcontent2 :) -- Willy Sudiarto Raharjo Registered Linux User : 336579 Web : http://www.informatix.or.id/willy Blog : http://willysr.blogspot.com http://slackblogs.blogspot.com - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Re: [l10n-dev] New l10n co-lead for i18n
as lead of the l10n project, I would like to officially nominate Eike Rathke as l10n co-lead for i18n. Eike Rathke has been doing a tremendous job on i18n and I am sure that most of you consider him already to be the i18n co-lead. Having Eike on board focusing on i18n for me is the natural completion to the l10n project. +1 for Eike -- Willy Sudiarto Raharjo Registered Linux User : 336579 Web : http://www.informatix.or.id/willy/ Blog : http://willysr.blogspot.com, http://slackblogs.blogspot.com - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Re: [l10n-dev] I would like to start a new language project (Indonesian)
I have put Willy Sudiarto Raharjo, lead of the Indonesian OOo community in copy of this message. Thank you Charles for the CC :D How do I to do it ? Is there any way to do it with minimum connetion to internet ? I mean, I can work it offline, then do online update when it is done. Rudi, we have created a new project for this in Sourceforge, http://sourceforge.net/projects/ooo-id / http://ooo-id.sf.net We are working for the web, for now, the main page will be redirected to status of the translations. We work with CVS, just like people in OOo does. You can view our CVS repository at http://ooo-id.cvs.sourceforge.net/ooo-id/ooo-id/po/ If you want to work offline, that's OK, since it's possible to do that with CVS, as long it didn't have conflict with others works. If you don't have Internet connection, you can ask me to send one of the PO files that you want to translate, and i will merge it again when you are done. You may join our mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] for discussion about this. -- Willy Sudiarto Raharjo Registered Linux User : 336579 Web : http://www.informatix.or.id/willy/ Blog : http://willysr.blogspot.com - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
