But the fact is that #13; is a CR. It may originate from a string  
pasted from a Mac file into the code, or from something totally  
different...

gsicheck. I'll send a mail to Mikhail to ask him about this code.

In swext/mediawiki/src/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/Custom.po, 
there is strange tags like: #13;#13
A wiki article with the title '$ARG1' already exists.#13;#13;Do you 
want to replace the current article with your article?#13;#13;


Is it normal tags?

They seem to be carriage returns. CR. The line ending character for  
Mac files.
