Hi,

First, thanks to the Pootle team for the new Pootle 1.2. It has now a
much better response time at least for navigation.

great to see positive feedback on this!

Some new strings were loaded as announced (update content with
DEV300_m35). So, do we have a deadline?

Give me a couple of few more days to work on the translation schedule.
For the moment here the release map for the next release:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/OOoRelease31

I think that the final delivery date for translation will be around mid
of February ... but let me come back to you all on this. We will try to
update the content in a more regular basis to have the possibility to
see the translation integrated much earlier and to better distribute the
translation workload over various weeks.so that not all work

Thank you,
Rafaella

Also, some new strings (hundreds of them in officecfg/) refers to
commercial products, some of them not distributed in all countries. Is
there a rule-of-thumb for this specific translations?

Thank you.

Thanks Andras for the interesting pointer to the issue.
I added some comments regarding labels data packed as an extension.
Regards,
Olivier

Previously these product names were not localisable at all (see
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=71185). So if you left
them in English, you would not make your localisation worse. These label
names are translated e.g. in Hungarian MS Office, therefore I have a
good reference for my locale.

Andras
