It seems SimpleMLTQParser should be able to handle boost parameters, but it's
not working properly. I've added a proposed patch to fix similar issue in
CloudMLTQParser in issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-9267 and
will attach a patch here too.
