Something has happened to Jenkins and it triggered old builds to come back to life. This generates noise and doesn't add any value, I think.
Similar to what David Smiley suggested on Solr mailing list, I suggest we remove old builds from Jenkins [1], leaving only the latest release and 9x, main branches. If anybody knows of a reason to keep those builds, please shout out. Dawid https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Lucene/
