Contribution : new Connector CSV

Hello all,

In order to remove the dependency towards the JDBC CSV driver (it does 
not seem to be maintained anymore), we have refactored the CSV connector 
to make it work independently from it. Can we propose you the 
corresponding patch ? The documentation is there :
