If you do a websearch for this name you will see results at ebay in
various languages.
When I look at the first result for my language (german)
(http://bit.ly/b1vOg3) it is declared in the smallprinted parts of the
offer, that this is OpenOffice.org with additional software and that
OpenOffice.org can be downloaded for free from the project's pages.
Additonally is written that you are charged for the services, not for
the software.
I think is (barely) legal beyond our licence-system.
