Re: [Committer School] I would like to become a committer
And there are plenty in SCM and release ;) Of course, it got much better already as Robert and Olivier (and a few others) did some great work on it in the last few months. :-) True. After having written the jazz provider, in trawling through how they work together, at least I have an idea as to how they work (or meant too!). :-) -Chris Sent from my iPhone On 14/07/2012, at 11:53 PM, Mark Struberg strub...@yahoo.de wrote: And there are plenty in SCM and release ;) Of course, it got much better already as Robert and Olivier (and a few others) did some great work on it in the last few months. Re: [Committer School] I would like to become a committer
Oh, I wouldn't necessarily say that... :-) They are still very ant centric in their thinking, but there are the odd pocket here and there of people wanting to use it internally. And, now that i'm back in GBS, I often get customers requesting support for it. Internally, I'm getting pinged from all over the world asking me to help internal IBMers and external clients get Maven to work with IBM tooling. I'm starting to look at getting IBM to host a publically accessable maven repository; technically easy. Getting it past the laywers is the real issue. Oh, and then, once you've gotten that bit done, you need someone to fund it. JazzHub is looking good in comparison. :-) -Chris On Sun, Jul 15, 2012 at 2:58 PM, Aldrin Leal ald...@leal.eng.br wrote: Amazing to hear IBM has adopted Maven -- -- Aldrin Leal, ald...@leal.eng.br / http://meadiciona.com/aldrinleal On Thu, Jul 12, 2012 at 10:16 AM, Chris Graham chrisgw...@gmail.com wrote: He He.
