I'm sorry, but i can't include continuum profiles in 1.0.3

We're not going enforce a forked-compiler/forked-tests hack on any  
projects that want to run in gbuild.  That's the maven 1 way to solve  
problems.


I'll setup another continuum install at some point and happily wait  
for the right feature.
