site plugin confusion - can we nuke -plugin-with-compat-for-2.0.4?

I'm confused about where we got to here - is it correct that the main  
site plugin is fine again now and this one (which should have been a  
branch anyway) can be nuked?

Trunk with the normal name is fine. I'm taking care of it and will  
finish it.
