This is now working for IE browser. I request if the community can modify this to \r\n// @ . As a space is required in between the // @ for the IE browser or else it consider this as a statement. It is effecting a vital functionality of our project which where we have used myfaces-api-2.1.9.jar. Our team shall be very thankful if inside same jar version (keeping all other functionalities as at is), the release could be made so that our application could remain breakless. Please look after this issue with a high priority. It shall be great if you could please contact us asap.
