Hi,
While working on the enhancement to port the skinning xss files to css I 
noticed that in the base-desktop.xss file there are rules for netscape 
and IE4 and IE5.
Can't I delete these? It will clean up the files and seems like a no 
brainer.

+1 for netscape and IE4. I am also +1 on IE5, but I thought that
someone on this list was forced into using IE5.5 or something. I don't
