The popup should get an different configured default layout manager:
Default for tc:page, tc:panel, tc:box is grid-layout with columns=* and
rows=*.
For popups we should use grid-layout with column=auto and rows=auto. This
will make the popup will be rendered in the size it needs and no explicit
width and height must be set.
