I don't think minotaur is the problem.

I think it is a permission problem
mrmaven (sean) has no permission to write files

I'm did not able to change the permissons.

I saw something on the infrastructure list earlier... they're working
on it, and then will change the group ownership/permissions back to
apcvs.
