Thanks! Fwiw, the Canadian city of Vancouver (lovely spot, just perfect for an Olympics) opted for Foss, too, tho not clear if OOo is the chosen thing. Actually 300 PC's have been migrated and 400 people have been trained. The opportunity was taken to give a wider IT-training as a lot of employees never had a proper training. Although Charleroi is not belonging to the Brussels Capital Region, CIBG gave them full support City of Vorst: The IT department has closely followed the developments in Anderlecht and will soon develop their own roadmap towards OOo. Also here CIBG will probably be a partner as Vorst is situated in the Brussels Capital Region.
