Following up with a question here because I'm not sure for definite if it's related. I'm updating PraxisLIVE to use NB11 and am using the bootstrap.url and autoupdate.catalog.url properties to download the build harness (with addition to automate adding nbjavac). Prior to the redirects, I'm fairly sure this was working with https://netbeans.apache.org/nb/updates/11.0/updates.xml.gz as listed in the Plugin manager. Now it will only work with http and somewhat temperamentally.
Any thoughts?
