Hey Folks,

Opened a PR for a patch to the PutCloudWatch processor. Having some issues with 
the RAT plugin claiming there are too many files with unapproved licenses.

What’s odd, I only made changes to the CloudWatch PutMetric Processor and 
corresponding tests in the nifi-aws-bundles/ package. I rebased with main, so 
assume this might be a local issue if main is able to pass checks.

Can I get a review of PR https://github.com/apache/nifi/pull/5894 
 and some guidance when anyone has a 
chance? Would like to obviously make sure this code change has a positive 
impact on the overall build.

Please let me know your thoughts when you have a moment.
