I update the AOO 4.1 Release Planning [1] to sync the schedule in
discussion here, it is mainly based on Juergen's proposal on Dec 17 with

You need to install a 32 bit Java. One such is at
http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=81819

The 32 bit Javas have i586 in their name. After installing this, you should run
/Tools/Options/OpenOffice :Java and checkmark the line for that version.

I am attempting to set up a form using OpenOffice Base yet I keep getting a

access the database again the same message keep popping up. What should I do? I

Try /File /Export as and select Jpeg from the file type dropdown, on a slide by

Impress slides - save as JPEG not available

2013-12-29 Thread peter

Dear Sir/Madam,

I used to use Microsoft Office, and in particular their Power Point
presentation program. I was able to use the "save as" function to
convert my slides into a photo, JPEG, format.

Just recently I intalled your Open Office software. I setup Impress and
created a few slides but was unable to save them in a photo format.

Do you have a fix or can you recommend a reliable conversion software
program?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,

Peter Hamblin

These are also a work in progress, but are likely to be more current.

I've now added a short note to all those pages redirecting users to the
FAQ on the wiki. Naming aside, this content is outdated in most cases (I
mean, most of it was already outdated in 2008, the move to Apache just
made it more outdated).

So I've not removed the pages since existing links and search engines
will still lead there, but the resource we should keep up-to-date is the
one on the wiki.

I've certainly not noticed a variation.

During investigations with older browsers/systems I've seen inconsistent
behavior (i.e., same configuration working in different ways in
different moments). Maybe I bumped into cases where SNI support is
implemented but unreliable.

Well, it might be worth documenting this on the Wiki somewhere so
