Hi Anuj
The OpenOffice database driver for CSV files is read-only. Data cannot be
edited or designed. There are definitely no keys or indexes, JOINs are
performed with table scans.
What you can do is create a separate database in Base and make tables in
it, then copy data from the CSV files into those tables (open CSV in Calc,
select and copy the cells with the data, then paste onto the table in
Base), and then design and edit that database in Base. I admit, it is
something we could really improve.
