I also suggest to make: https://openoffice.apache.org/blog/ redirect to the above, correct URL (or maybe, make _this_ the correct URL

What type of redirects? There are two kinds: 1) from blogs.apache.org to openoffice.apache.org where we would need infra. 2) within openoffice.apache.org where we can use .htaccess files in the content.
