The cache is why I tried IE because I very rarely use it and I didn't think I had used it at all since I rebuilt my hard drive a while ago. But indeed, clearing the cache fixed it. I'm probably being stupid but I get empty drop down lists from which to select the OS, language and version. I tried with both FIrefox and IE. Please delete the browser cache. Or reload the webpage with pressed and hold [Shift] key (hopefully working also in browsers other than Firefox). Or restart it.
