Here is the current:
Update - We've been working on an issue with a DB server that backends 
forum.openoffice.org, wiki.openoffice.org, as well as some other infra 
services. We're troubleshooting the problem and will update in the next 30 
mins.

By the time we saw this message, it was working fine. It doesn’t appear to have 
tripped our monitors. It would be helpful to have a UTC time of the start of 
the problem and the duration for this outage.
