I know this is going to the Release Notes page...but maybe we should focus on highlighting installation. Actually I wanted to create a TOC for the release notes. However, it's still locked by Herbert or Andre. Then we will have the headlines as links and I can use the Kniwn Issues as jump label in the URL.
