Yes, I can commit to Git(Box/Hub) after I linked my ASF account with my
GitHub account here:

https://gitbox.apache.org/setup/

It is not going away (for archiving reasons) but it is (should be)
read-only now.

Source Code Repos - some catching up

Greetings and happy new year !

It's been some time since I've been able to devote any time.

I'm trying to catch up on the addition of gitbox & github and am working 
on tying together my apache and githup accounts, two-factor auth, etc. 
for github.

My question for trunk & branches (not devtools, etc.) :

Is the GitHub repo now writable by project committers ?

If so is the SVN repo going away or is it users choice?
