I have never compiled openoffice and decided to give the latest version 3.0.1
a try. The host runs AMD64-64bit cblfs (gcc4.3.2, kernel-2.6.27.7). I
downloaded all the sources and reached the stage where the configure
script did not complain about missing dependencies. The bottom of the
output is shown below:-
