With the help from the ML (dev@), I have been successfully built OOo, just
for fun


Thanks for responding to me. I have fixed this problem. I just set: export
TMP=E:/Cygwin/tmp. Now my build is success. Thank for help me !

 Under cygwin, most likely you are using bash therefore the export

I use tcsh shell. This is my first time working with OpenOffice and I do not
have much experience. I try to follow the instructions in
