[dev] Extension new Help file service
at OOoCon2010 there was a presentation by Jurguen talking about the help files services being part of the new 3.3 extension API. Unofrtunately I haven't been able to find his presentation since the content was moved out of ooodev.org, if anyone can provide me the new link for OOoCon2010 content or wiki pages talking about this new feature.
