Yeah, because that driver *is* in cvs, not in hg. Separate project etc, never merged into the official code. You need to get that stuff and add it to your hg tree. http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/build/tree/patches/postgresql contains patches you can add on top of your hg and do stuff(tm).
