[OSM-dev] collecting trail data

I looked but did not see any instructions on how to collect data points 
on Android 2.2 (samsung phone) - are there any step by step instructions 
for both collecting the data points and then uploading it to OSM ?  I 
want to add some hiking trails.

I use opengpstracker or opensatnav.  Both do uploading to osm.
