Fine by me. I think keeping `phoenix-queryserver-client` the same is the
one that's most important. However, since the move to the separate repo
and that we've not had a real release from it yet, we have the
flexibility to make the change now.

Since this is a highly visible change, I'd like to have some feedback from
the community before committing to this.
Since we haven't made a release yet, this would be a great time to get this
in order.
