Hey Shinsuke,
-1 because:
- there is an instance of version 0.9.8 in predictionio/__init__.py that
should be updated to 0.9.9;
- we should remove all "incubator" from labels/URLs in all files.
I checked all signatures and hashes. All are good. Both installation
methods work. Thanks!
