MessageDeque::setPosition only erases messages *after* the position. According
to the precondition for setPosition, there cannot be any un-deleted messages
after the position so this is OK.

> Similar to QPID-4262 and discovered via code review while investigating the
> other issue, it appears that it is possible for the priority queue's
> "messages" deques to become out-of-sync with their backing "fifo" deque if
> "PriorityQueue::setPosition" is invoked. That method will delete messages
> from the backing MessageDeque collection without removing the pointers to the
> deleted messages from the PriorityQueue.
> The HA and replication plugins can both invoke this method on a queue.
