Why is this necessary?  It looks like you are ensuring that both connected 
links have their own copy of the terminus name.  However, in the agent code, 
you get the terminus name from either the direct link or the connected link.  
Isn't it sufficient to have the terminus name in only one of the connected 
links?

You are calling a non-CT function from within a CT function.  The non-CT 
function accesses pn_link_t structures that are unsafe to access from a thread 
that is not the IO thread that owns the connection on which the link flows.  
This is very likely to cause memory corruption and crashes.

Two points on this change:
  - There are no tests included
  - Does this change work in all cases?  Specifically, does the proper 
visibility occur on the ingress router as well as the other routers in the 
link's path?  Also, does this work for both sender and receiver links?
