I believe the problem is that our certificate expired on the 24th and most browsers will treat it as broken and not show anything because it's an AJAX request. I'll send out an announcement when the cert is fixed. Me too. I think your browser maybe blocks SSL certificate of https://pkg.racket-lang.org/. Try to access https://pkg.racket-lang.org/ and approve its certificate.
