It seems to be dependant on time zone setting and having several cells
with dates on the sheet.
The issue is real-life one - two separate users have reported it in
Russian community and many were able to reproduce it since then
(unfortunatly none of Russian developers was able to repro it).

which like like dup.

Please also try with different OOo locale settings and Windows regional
settings and time zones.
